A friendly and professional service. We have two properties here, one being a very old pub that over the years under lots of previous owners has had a plethora of weird works bodged, and also a newly refurbished guesthouse. Avid & James has been looking after our Alarm system and Extinguisher side since May last year, always friendly and reliable and delivers a quality service which is paramount with Fire Protection. He has included other subcontracted work such as Fire Door surveys and Sprinkler Pumps but his forte is within his primary care of Alarms and with the knowledge of our system he has surpassed his predecessors in some cases much larger firms with his knowledge. I said I'd review once I had a chance to assess the skills and quality service and several months on I feel this is deserved. I would like to see James and Avid grow to a scale where noone is just another Business but, to care as much as he does no matter the scale, an effect much lost to larger businesses I wish you more success.
